# Telegram

> Connect a direct message or group for agent conversations and updates.

## Choose a destination

Open **Integrations** and find **Telegram bot**. You can connect a direct message or a group. Each account has one active Telegram destination.

</Frame>

## Connect a direct message

1. Choose the direct message option on the Telegram card.
2. Open the Telegram link or scan the QR code.
3. Complete the bot's start flow in Telegram.
4. Return to Corvo and check for **DM CONNECTED**.

## Connect a group

1. Choose **Group** on the Telegram card.
2. Select **Add bot to group** or scan the QR code.
3. Choose the group in Telegram and complete the connection.
4. Return to Corvo and check for **GROUP CONNECTED**.

If Corvo is already in the group, paste the binding command shown in the connection dialog into that group.

## Switch destinations

Select **Disconnect** on the Telegram card, then connect the new direct message or group.

## Troubleshooting

If the card does not show a connected state, return to the Telegram connection flow and complete the start or binding step. If you are switching destinations, disconnect the existing one first.
