# 調查流程

> 了解 Google Cloud 日誌如何形成持續追蹤的調查。

1. Cloud Logging 日誌接收器轉送符合[指定來源與嚴重程度](/zh-Hant/integrations/google-cloud)的項目。
2. Corvo 儲存新項目，並在短暫的時段內收集告警。
3. 分派流程比較這批告警與既有調查，依可能的原因分組，將每筆告警交給新調查或既有調查。
4. 每項調查都有可繼續使用的 Agent 對話；日後若收到相關告警，可沿用脈絡。Agent 會查看可用的日誌、其他已授權的 Google Cloud 資料、儲存庫程式碼，以及核准的[工作區記憶](/zh-Hant/features/memory)。
5. 調查會記錄結果，也可能建立草稿 PR。你可以在 **Investigations** 和已連接的通知管道查看結果與連結。

同一項調查可能跨越多個告警收集時段，包含多筆告警。狀態描述的是最近一次 Agent 執行結果。變更正式環境前，請先檢查證據與修正提案。
